What is a TI ZWAZO Representative?
A Ti Zwazo Rep is an individual who has chosen to support Little by Little by hosting a Home Party at their home, workplace, church, community, etc. As a Ti Zwazo Rep you get to represent Little by Little by sharing our story to others and you also get to support Little by Little by being a sales ambassador for our products!
What types of boxes are there?
Choose 1 of 3 options of box kits - Jewelry, Oil diffuser items, and Tis the Season (Christmas).
Is there a deposit for my box?
Yes. Before you receive your own box of Little by Little products, you must first deposit $200. AND you will receive the full $200 after the box is returned.
How do I get my box?
To retrieve your box of products to host your own Home Party, you have two options. If you live around London, ON, you can retrieve your box from the Farmers Market in London where Little by Little has their own booth. If you cannot pick up the box yourself, the box can also be shipped to you from us.
Who do I invite? How many people can I invite?
Invite your friends and family! As many people as you want, the more the merrier! On average, most people have 25 people invited to their home parties. If you would like a goal to aim for, most home parties make $2000. With $2000, you will also receive a reward which is listed below!
What can I do at my Home Party?
You can hold a Home Party in many types of fun settings! Christmas parties, birthday parties, weddings, etc. Home Parties can be in any informal or formal setting!
What do I talk about?
You can tell the story of Little by Little. Some ideas could be--What inspired you to host a Home Party? What inspired each of these unique handcrafts? What are they made of? What is the personal story of the woman who crafted the item?
Where do I send people if I run out of products?
If you have run out of products in your box or friends are requesting a specific product that is not in your box, you can direct them to our website: http://www.littlebylittle.ca where they can order the products that they want.
Do my friends get discounts?
They do! If they want to order something online, they can get free shipping with the code ‘HOMEPARTY’
How do I accept payments?
We will send a Square reader along in the box. You must download the Square app on your mobile device. Click ‘Enter Device Code’ and enter the guest account with the following password: 7G67DQGHGRE6. Once you search for the item in the library and add it to the checkout, guests may pay with credit by swiping their card on the “phone Square reader’. If your guests pay with cash, you can accept the cash and enter the amount that was paid in Square so that the transaction can be recorded. If you still have issues with using Square, please refer to the ‘Square Guest User Procedure’.
What if I can’t find the right product on Square?
Don’t panic! If someone wants to buy a product from you and you can’t find the exact product on Square. Take some time to look around because all of our products are on Square. Try putting in some keywords into the search bar or look closely at the product’s picture to see if there is a match!
What if some of the people at my Home Party want to donate but don’t want to buy products?
How to send back money?
E-Transfer cash back. You don’t have to transfer credit or debit sales because we already receive them through Square.
What happens if I don’t send back the products?
Unfortunately, if you do not send back the products within a reasonable time, you will not get your deposit back and you will have to pay back the total cost of the Home Party box given to you.
What are the Reward Levels?
Parties that generate the minimum sales of $1,000 are rewarded $150 store credit (15%) and parties that generate over $2,000 are rewarded $300 store credit (15%)
How long do I keep the box for before I return it?
Typically, the box and the remaining products within the box should be sent back to us within 2 weeks after being delivered or picked up at the market.
Am I reimbursed for my shipping fees?
Yes! All we ask is that you take a photo of your receipt after you have shipped us the box with all the unsold products. Attach that photo in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be reimbursed along with your $200 deposit via E-Transfer.
